The Maiam nayri Wingara are working with the ACT Health Directorate to embed Indigenous Data Governance in the ACT. The project aims to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the ACT to access Indigenous data for their decision making and nation (re)building.
A Community Forum on Indigenous Data Sovereignty and Indigenous Data Governance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people community members and organisations will occur on Friday 29th November 2024. It will be a one-day, fully catered event for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only.
